Excessive body hair if it’s not heredity then it may be because of high testosterone. An abnormal rate of facial hair growth including chest and back is a sign of high testosterone.

    2. Skin Outbreaks

Another sign of high testosterone in the body is an outbreak of blackheads, pimples, acne. Rise levels of testosterone enhance oil glands’ growth under the skin which results in producing more sebum. This makes skin more prone to get infected with bacteria.

    3. Infertility

High testosterone level in men helps in restraining better quality semen and high sex drive. Both are good signs for fertility but excessive-high testosterone levels reduce sperm production which leads to infertility in men.

    4. Low Sperm Count

Treatments for increasing the level of testosterone may result in infertility in mails, though it’s a temporary and irreversible health condition. When the brain gets the signal that the body has enough testosterone it stops more production and results in low sperm count.

Note: Yet there are no proven studies that show testosterone supplements affects sperm count permanently.

    5. Insomnia

A recent study has under (International Society of Endocrinology) concluded that higher testosterone in obese or overweight men leads to insomnia. During our sleep hours, testosterone level remains elevated in the body and declines more with long-drawn-out wakefulness.

    6. Aggression/Mood swings

Testosterone amplifies male aggression specifically in males, these hormones activate the sub-cortical areas of the brain which produce the aggression. Few other studies have shown people with high testosterone may experience hostility, anger, and anxiety.

    7. Sexual health/Libido

Testosterone affects sexual drive in males and females; it enhances the sex drive in the human body. Women during menopause lose interest in sex and high testosterone treatments result in more desire for sex. Whereas in men high Testosterone boosts libido but affects sperm count adversely.

    8. High Blood Pressure

Testosterone may affect blood pressure and contributes to a higher rate of heart disease specifically in youth in men.  Abuse of testosterone steroids may result in heart attack, stroke, and cardiac risk factors. This Harmon has varied effects on the arteries.

High testosterone is linked with high energy and more masculine men’s behavior. But on the other hand excessively high testosterone is bad for the health, fluctuation in blood pressure may cause hypertension or hypotension and result is in dizziness, fatigue, headaches, fainting, and nausea.

    10. Willingness of Risk

Higher testosterone in the body leads to risk-taking behavior and dominance in nature. So it may boost your performance in competitive events. It leads to aggression in human behavior which tends to reduce cortisol the stress hormone in the body.

    11. Liver health

The key male hormone testosterone`s high level amplified the risk of fatty-liver disease notably, even in females with a normal healthy weight. Myths Related to High Testosterone Sign

Dominant nature, aggressive sexual behavior, road rage are not that deeply rooted in High testosterone as they have been shown to be true. There are a number of Myths related to High testosterone Signs let’s educate ourselves on the same.

    Male Sex Hormone

Testosterone is not just a male sex hormone, it is an active steroid hormone in women’s bodies too. It not only affects sexual life but is responsible for bone health, cognitive functions, and so on.

    Sexual Violence and Aggression

“Gold standard” studies-placebo-controlled shown that even enormously high hormone doses have not resulted in any negative trait in men.

These hormones are majorly responsible for bodily changes in the males during teenage and that’s the same time boys tend to have deeper voices, development of genitals and they explore sexuality more and more. That could be the reason testosterone is related to irritable mood and violent sexual behavior.

Higher testosterone = Better sex life

NO NO… Higher testosterone is not going to act as they are shown in advertisements increased stamina. in the bedroom “Studies of men’s sexual behavior & testosterone made evident excessive testosterone either weaken or no relationships,”.In fact for the optimal sexual functioning relatively low level of testosterone is necessary.

Natural Proven Way to Boost Testosterone

We want you to stay away from Testosterone Abuse so here are proven ways to uplift your t level naturally. Let’s take a look!

    • Intense Workout Regularly/Increase physical activity
    • Add protein, fat & carbs to your diet (Fatty Fish alone can increase T by 52%)
    • Find a stress buster (More stress = less testosterone)
    • Sun Bath or vitamin D suppliments
    • Vitamins and minreal Suppliments
    • Mental physical Relaxation and plenty of Seep
    • Herbs and spices like Ashwgandha, ginger, goat weed, shilajit, Mucuna pruriens, and tongkat ali.

Let us understand this a man with a healthy testosterone level do not require to boost T hormones just because it is associated with masculinity or more sex drive. Studies that show the increase in testosterone level (with natural supplement )are performed on animals or people with low T hormones.

Managing healthy testosterone levels is important for all humans to lead a healthy life. Specifically men during the age group of 25-30 and women during menopause.

Leading a healthy lifestyle and being aware of your health can help you to manage a balanced Testosterone level. Consult a specialist if you find the symptoms and simply making a few positive lifestyle changes to optimize testosterone level will perk up your health & body simultaneously.

You’ve gotten so much wrong about this that it’s actually very sad. You need to consider researching actual clinical data and steer clear of the bro-science and poorly educated doctors who prefer scare tactics as opposed to actually learning about the subject of testosterone. You’re pushing outdated dribble and half truths. You’re also pretty much completely avoiding all the benefits and positive health benefits of testosterone. You’re obviously part of the if it bleeds it reads crowd.
