In today’s blog post I have made a list of the best colognes for men. To be honest, it was tough because there are so many fragrances out there I had to cut some beasts out of this list and it hurts.
Fortunately, the good thing is that in the end we’re left with a cologne that most attractive males are using. So why don’t you use their secret weapon to make yourself attractive?

The One from Dolce & Gabbana is a refreshing oriental spicy scent, a combination of orange blossom and grapefruit, blended utterly with basil and cedarwood coriander. The bottle and packaging are classy and stylish.
The top notes are Coriander, Basil, and Grapefruit; the middle notes are Cardamom, Ginger, and Orange Blossom; the base notes are Cedar, Tobacco, and Amber.
It could be used as both an all-day scent or worn in the evening. I have received lots of compliments whenever I have worn the fragrance.
Although it smells great, it doesn’t last more than 1-2 hours even with the heavy application (7-8 sprays)

7. Armani Acqua Di Gio Profondo
Acqua di Gio by Giorgio Armani is a great citrus aquatic casual perfume. The top is represented by rosemary, jasmine, and hespiradic notes. Persimmon fruits and marine notes constitute the middle, while the base is made of cedar, patchouli, white musk, and rock rose.
The citrus aquatic vibe combined with the lemon-lime accord predominates in this fragrance that can be worn by anyone older than 16. Its longevity ranges between 6 and 10 hours, the fact that makes it an ideal choice for the office.
It’s one of the bestselling cologne in the past, but not much popular nowadays. So by wearing this, people still manage to set themselves apart from the crowd. It is suitable for summer wear or spring.

A few sprays of this amazing cologne can last longer than 8 hours and even more. It would be great to use it when going on date or in the board room.

5. Tom Ford Tobacco Oud Eau De Parfum Spray
Tom Ford Tobacco Oud is an exotic, rare, distinctive, and subtle signature scent that lingers for days on your clothes.
The top note is Whiskey and if talk about middle notes then it is Cinnamon, Spicy Notes, and Coriander; Base notes are Agarwood (Oud), Tobacco, Incense, Sandalwood, Vanilla, Cedar, Patchouli, and Benzoin.
What I liked about it was that it changed its character about 3 times during a 4 hour period, where the Oud Wood was more stable after the dry-down. The sillage is great, lasting about 8 hours.

The whole package, bottle, cap, and fragrance are all appealing, masculine, and sturdy. The price makes it even more appealing.

Allure Homme Sport from Chanel is a great scent, easy to wear no matter the age or occasion. It smells very fresh in the opening and extremely clean. It has a bit of a shower gel vibe to it, which makes it feel energetic
The top notes are Blood Mandarin, Orange, Aldehydes, and Sea Notes; middle notes are Cedar, Neroli, and Pepper; Base notes are Vanilla, Tonka Bean, Elemi resing, White Musk, Vetiver, and Amber.
It projects well for the first 2 hours and then it becomes a little bit closer to the skin, but still solid until the 6 hours. If you spray on clothes though, it will last a lot longer.
Overall, a clean fragrance without the “blue” vibe that is very well put together, suitable for anyone on any occasion.

2. Ultra Male by Jean Paul Gaultier
Ultra Male is an enhanced version of the beloved original Le Male from 1995. Its fragrance is intense, masculine, seductive and at the same time delicate. It’s a spicier version of the original build of contrasts notes.
The top notes are Lemon, Lavender, Pear, and Bergamot; The middle notes are Caraway, Cinnamon, and Clary Sage; The base notes are Cedar, Amber, Black Vanilla Husk, and Patchouli.
In my opinion, think Jean Paul Gaultier Line is something that will never get old and will be always in. It smells so delicious with very good longevity and intensity. For sure you can use it for all occasions because it smells so good that you want to smell it everywhere around you.

CHRISTIAN DIOR Sauvage is one of the best cologne for males. It’s a soft aromatic, woody type of scent that offers quite a mature but refreshing effect. The packaging is so elegant as well. The black shade glass with the solid magnetic cap gives a very bougie vibes. This immediately impresses you as you see the bottle. Every man can love the fragrance and receive compliments.
The top notes are Pepper and Calabrian bergamot; The middle notes are Lavender, Sichuan Pepper, Vertiver, Pink Pepper, Elemi, Patchouli, and Geranium; The base notes are Labdanum, Cedar, and Ambroxan.
You’re left with a cool, woody-smelling, strong fragrance that lingers in your nose. A little goes a long way for a long time.
As of writing this opinion piece, CHRISTIAN DIOR Sauvage is the primary cologne that I spray whenever go out to parties and business meetings. Believe me, I get lots of compliments for its fragrance.
